How to start the process ?
The first meeting is FREE.
Generally, we will discuss a range of issues and cover a number of topics. If you are willing to talk freely and openly with us, we are more likely to assess some of the more pressing businss issues. We cannot solve all the problems in a few hours, however, we can begin to understand what drives your business and outline some probable courses of action.
My big problem is finances - do you have experience to help me ?
We have real world business and restructuring experience. We can access our extensive network to help identify potential solutions to your operations.
I have a big problem with my staff. They have become complacent or lack motivation and too slow to adapt to the current economic conditions. I am unable to make changes in my business but I know what needs to be done. What can I do ?
Our experience tells us that the best solutions requires a process of communication along with forward thinking strategies. We help you evaluate your business needs and assist with restructuring and actioning of those strategies.
What are your fees ?
We work on a fixed price system. It is fixed for 12 months and is usually paid weekly. Charging by the hour is not practical nor economic.
Do you work on turnarounds ?
Yes, we will work closely with you to improve your bottom line in a timely manner.
How soon will we begin ?
As soon as we have agreed to the terms and conditions of the assignment, it will usually commence within 2 to 3 weeks.
